By using OIL services, you agree to these Terms and any additional service terms applicable to your account or subscription.
OIL Platform Services
OIL provides software and operational tools designed to support oilfield logistics, electronic ticketing, business administration, support workflows, rental operations, and related business processes.
Features available to a particular customer may depend on the customer's subscription, account configuration, and service status.
Authorized Users
Customers are responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel access their OIL account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity performed through their accounts.
SMS Messaging Program
Program name: OIL Platform Operational Alerts
By affirmatively opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive operational text messages from Oilfield Intelligent Logistics LLC at the mobile telephone number you provide.
Messages may include support issue alerts, account notifications, service notices, operational alerts, and other transactional messages related to use of the OIL Platform.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for help.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing, accessing, or using OIL services.
SMS Opt-Out
You may opt out of OIL SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message.
After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging that your SMS subscription has been canceled. You will no longer receive OIL SMS alerts unless you later provide new affirmative consent.

OIL's collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy .
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or partners for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use OIL services to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized activity or to interfere with the security or operation of the OIL Platform.
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of business, employee, customer, billing, operational, and other information submitted through the OIL Platform.
Service Availability
OIL works to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, telecommunications failures, third-party infrastructure, security events, or circumstances outside OIL's reasonable control.
Subscription and Account Status
Access to certain OIL services may depend on the customer's subscription and payment standing. OIL may restrict or suspend normal platform access in accordance with applicable subscription or service arrangements.
Where available, customer support channels may remain accessible during a service suspension so that account or service issues can be addressed.
Intellectual Property
The OIL name, platform, software, workflows, interfaces, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Oilfield Intelligent Logistics LLC except where otherwise indicated.
Third-Party Services
OIL may rely on third-party technology providers for services such as hosting, authentication, communications, payment processing, and other infrastructure necessary to operate the platform. Those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
Changes to These Terms
OIL may update these Terms as its products, services, or legal requirements change. The current version will be identified by the "Last updated" date shown above.
